Updating an old painting

I’ve been living with my “Fire” painting on the wall for 13 years. I took a workshop* in fluid acrylic painting in March and then found an excellent use for it. To my eye, the figure in this has always appeared to need improving. The painting never had an oil top coat, so everything was right for this update.
